About Us

BrainStim Health is a physician-led mental health organization delivering psychiatry, neuromodulation, ketamine-assisted therapy, and specialized programs for patients who need more than conventional care. With clinics across multiple provinces and continued national expansion, we are building a modern, outcomes‑driven growth engine for Canadian mental healthcare.

We are hiring a Growth & Market Development Manager to build and lead a function that connects marketing → inquiry → assessment → treatment → referral → measurable growth. This is a build role, you will not inherit a mature marketing department. You will create one.

Your work will directly influence patient access, clinician referral pathways, and BrainStim’s national growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Growth (B2C)

- Lead paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, content strategy, email/lifecycle marketing, and CRM analytics.
- Focus on measurable outcomes: qualified inquiries, progression to assessment/treatment, and cost per acquisition.
- Identify bottlenecks in the patient journey and implement improvements.

- Clinician Referral Growth (B2B)

- Build referral relationships with family physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, primary care clinics, and rehab providers.
- Deliver education, outreach, webinars, and structured CRM follow‑up.
- Ensure clinicians clearly understand who we treat, when to refer, how to refer, and what happens to their patient.

- Partnerships & Communications

- Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations, qualified groups, employers, and rehabilitation partners.
- Translate complex clinical services into clear, accessible messaging for patients, clinicians, and partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and brand alignment.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

- Increased volume of qualified patient inquiries at an improving acquisition cost
- Stronger and more consistent clinician referral activity
- Improved conversion across inquiry → assessment → treatment
- New referral and partnership channels established
- Clear visibility into performance metrics and growth drivers

First 90 days: assess current channels, map the patient journey, establish baselines, identify gaps, and begin executing targeted improvements.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, partnerships, or business development
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated sector is an asset
- Strong capability in CRM, marketing automation, paid digital, analytics, and AI‑enabled tools
- Demonstrated ability to build growth channels, improve conversion, or develop referral networks
- A builder mindset, comfortable creating systems, processes, and strategy from the ground up

Why Join BrainStim

- Work directly with clinical and executive leadership
- Influence national growth strategy in a rapidly expanding organization
- See your work translate into improved access to care
- High visibility, meaningful responsibility, and room to build
- Flexibility to expand the role and compensation for exceptional candidates with proven healthcare growth experience
