Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
- Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty accessories through effective upselling techniques




- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively and addressing client needs promptly
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive referrals

Skills

- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and artistry
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and tactfully
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to manage front desk duties including scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing

Pay: $1,600.00-$3,300.00 per week
