My wife and I are professionals in the east end of Toronto. Our family is seeking an experienced, live-out caregiver to provide exceptional care for our infant son starting in January 2025.

Responsibilities will include engaging in age-appropriate activities, light meal prep, and pet care. Candidates must have CPR/first aid certification and previous experience working with infants and be comfortable with dogs and providing basic pet care.

In the spirit of openness and honesty- the duration of the contract would be until our son receives a daycare spot, the timing of this is not transparent to us given the high daycare demand in the area.

The care schedule that we would require would be somewhat variable given our work obligations. We would guarantee 30 hrs/week at minimum, and it may be as high as 55 hrs/week (ie. 7 am to 6 pm).

The hourly rate is $25.00.
