As the Community Engagement and Communications Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute engaging content strategies for Indwell, Flourish, and Gather. You will collaborate with staff across various regions, thereby amplifying our mission to support communities facing marginalization and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft targeted social media strategies for multiple audiences
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics for ongoing enhancement
- Coordinate story-gathering to create compelling content for outreach




- Plan community tours and initiatives for stakeholders
- Work alongside staff to organize significant events and gatherings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience working in charitable organizations
- Proven success in social media engagement and content promotion
- Solid video and photography skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle
