John Deere Turf & Compact Construction Equipment Sales Representative

Promote new and used John Deere Turf and Compact Construction Equipment, as well as service offerings including maintenance packages, annual inspections, etc. available through Green Diamond. Responsibilities

Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area/store Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership Assists with the preparation and execution of all customer events including Aftermarket events Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods Attends applicable sales training events/seminars Maintains exceptional customer service Works to achieve Annual Sales Goals Promotes service contracts to new and existing customers Manage rental fleet and ensure all paperwork is in order and submitted in a timely manner Requirements

2+ years sales experience Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions Ability to work flexible hours Excellent customer relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Valid and clean driver’s license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled, Accurate, Articulate Well developed organization and prioritization skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer
