We're hiring a part time Server to assist with dining room services at our retirement residence. This role focuses on serving meals, supporting the cleanliness of dining areas, and engaging with residents. Your contribution will help foster a community centered around shared meals and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly manner
• Set and clear tables while delivering excellent service
• Assist in cleaning up after each dining session
• Help organize themed events and special occasions
• Support the training of new dining staff
Requirements:
• Previous experience in food service and senior care preferred
• Strong customer service attitude and approach
• Physical capability to lift and walk throughout shifts
• Willing to complete Vulnerable Position Screening
• Second language proficiency is a plus
