We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Certified Teacher who demonstrates deep respect for children and a strong commitment to Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate brings patience, warmth, and intentionality to the classroom, using careful observation to support each child’s individual development. This educator is dedicated to nurturing independence, concentration, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Responsibilities Include

- -Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized, and developmentally appropriate Montessori workplace.
- -Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress.
- -Plan and present Montessori lessons across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies.
- -Support children’s independence, concentration, confidence, and self-regulation.




- -Foster respectful relationships through grace, courtesy, kindness, and positive guidance.
- -Adapt lessons and materials to support diverse learning needs and abilities.
- -Communicate professionally and consistently with families and colleagues.
- -Support children with toileting and self-care while maintaining dignity and respect.
- -Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and Montessori materials.
- -Follow school policies, Montessori principles, and licensing requirements.
- -Participate in parent events, school programs, professional development, and ongoing training.
- -Model professionalism and Montessori values at all times.
