Operations Coordinator

We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialists to support a large volume of network and telecommunications orders. This role is critical to ensuring service requests, circuit orders, site visits, and administrative activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is exceptionally strong with Excel, and is comfortable following up persistently with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to escalate issues proactively when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track a high volume of network and telecommunications circuit orders.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate and monitor service requests, installations, and site visits.
- Follow up with administrative teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify delays, risks, or missing information and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor order status and ensure all dependencies are addressed.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain documentation related to orders and service delivery activities.
- Provide regular updates to project and operational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications





- Experience managing large volumes of orders, requests, or operational activities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience escalating issues and driving resolution in a timely manner.

Ideal Background

- Telecommunications, network provisioning, service delivery, operations, or order management experience.
- Experience coordinating field visits, circuit installations, or infrastructure-related activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
