Your new role

As the Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will take full ownership of the estimating department. You'll lead and mentor a team of estimators, oversee all bid preparation, and work closely with executive leadership to influence strategic project pursuits. Your expertise will shape competitive pricing, strengthen relationships with suppliers and sub-trades, and refine internal estimating processes. This is a high-impact role where your insights directly contribute to company growth and project success.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this position, you should bring 8-10+ years of mechanical estimating experience, ideally from large-scale commercial or high-rise projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and Accubid is essential. You'll thrive here if you have proven leadership ability,



a deep understanding of mechanical construction methodologies, and strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with executives, project managers, and field teams. Personal transportation is required for site visits.
