WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Reporting to the Head Tennis Pro the tennis counselor will focus on coaching tennis to young players in a group setting. The tennis counselor will be expected to keep up with activities in other areas of the resort and will always be a champion of the guest experience.

- Planning and leading Tennis Lesson for young players & summer camps
- Developing programming with tennis coaches and Head Tennis Pro
- Choosing drills and games for appropriate skill level
- Preparing for lessons or camp
- Maintaining Court and Facility cleanliness
- Familiar with front desk processes
- Evaluate participant/student’s skill development and report progress to student’s parents.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

- Previous coaching/teaching experience Monterra Junior Program or similar
- Previous instructing experience an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
