Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns,



and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and processing payments accurately
- Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest-focused service that encourages repeat visits
