Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for our client in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, cycle counting, order picking, shipping & receiving, merchandising, and warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 5:30 PM

Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming shipments.

Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments.

Shipping & Receiving

Load and unload deliveries while verifying quantities and condition of products.

Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Ensure products are properly stored and organized.

Merchandising & Customer Support

Support merchandising activities and maintain attractive product displays.

Assist customers and provide professional service when required.





Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or order picking preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume inventory environment.

Comfortable learning and using inventory management systems.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
