Solution Architect - Cloud, Distributed Systems, APIs & Agentic AI

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop deep working knowledge of operational workflow and document management technologies using both current industry tooling and emerging agentic solutions.

- Design solutions that bring the business vision to life while maintaining reliability as capabilities and user base expands.

- Partner closely with delivery teams to evolve the technical roadmap for products.

- Ensure safe adoption of technology that protects our clients and the organization, considering traditional security best practices and emerging threats.

- Build relationships with product owners and delivery leads to understand business needs and find creative ways to solve them.

- Analyze options to meet business needs and to meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

- Present solutions to business partners and governance forums for feedback and approval.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a solution.

Must Have





- 6+ years as an architect OR proven strong technical leadership transitioning to architecture.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners and the curiosity to develop fluency in the Operations business domain and expertise in the technology that supports them.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to current technology and business strategy.

- Demonstrated expertise designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud solutions.

- Messaging systems and event-driven architecture knowledge.

- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Nice-To-Have

- Exposure to agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance frameworks.

- Exposure to workflow and document management technologies.

- Experience operating in financial services or similarly complex regulated enterprise environment.
