About the Role

This role owns stakeholder engagement end to end. Based on our Denver team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for DEN stakeholders and our Project

Management Team (PMT), driving a collaborative program culture that keeps stakeholders engaged early and often. You are the critical bridge between the project team and every project stakeholder, ensuring operational needs are integrated and actively addressed throughout every phase of the project.

You will own the following:

● Stakeholder Engagement Leadership: Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement for large-scale aviation programs from inception through design, construction, and closeout. Act as the primary point of contact (POC)

for stakeholders needing coordination with the Project Management Team

(PMT).

● Internal Alignment: Establish internal alignment with the project team by orchestrating introductory sessions, sharing project goals and master schedules, and conducting targeted intake with priority stakeholders to capture background scope and insights.

● Scope Development: Partner with stakeholders to guide early scope development, strategically assigning collaborative tasks, facilitating focused workshops, and deploying targeted questions to drive meaningful program input.

● Design & Construction Oversight: Ensure stakeholder impacts, design requirements, and operational concerns are actively addressed and mitigated throughout the design and construction phases.

● Accountability Tracking: Maintain rigorous logs of stakeholder concerns,

commitments, resolutions, and action items.



Proactively hold both stakeholders and internal teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables.

● Meeting & Documentation Ownership: Own coordination for meeting agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Support PMT-required documentation and workshops, including lessons learned analysis, risk management workshops, and PMO reporting.

● Client Coordination: Execute day-to-day client coordination with limited senior oversight under the direction of the project manager. Proactively resolve routine project challenges and cultivate strong relationships to promote future work.

● Onsite Presence: Maintain a regular physical onsite presence to host stakeholder coordination sessions and drive recurring alignment meetings with the PMT and client.

Need to Have

● Experience: 3–7 years of aviation stakeholder coordination, airport operations,

or construction project management experience, with demonstrated clientfacing accountability and exposure to $50M+ construction projects.

● Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

● Coordination: Ability to independently manage coordination between the project management team, design team, construction team, and stakeholders simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Project management: Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs while maintaining project vision and integrity.

● Problem-solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes, with the judgment to resolve routine project challenges with limited senior oversight.

● Technical proficiency:



Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings;

proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project),

including advanced Excel skills.

● Industry knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering,

and architecture principles.

● Contract fluency: High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions, including a proven ability to select,

manage, and hold subcontractors and suppliers accountable.

● BD: Willingness to build client relationships that promote future work—

expected at this level, not optional.

Nice to Have

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration,

or Airport Management.

● Background: Airport/airline operations background, change management, or communications management experience.

● Certifications: PMP or ACP certification.

● Analytics: Power BI proficiency.

The Details

● Location: Denver, CO — onsite 4 days per week, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

● Reporting: Reports to the ORAT Director and assigned project program managers.

● Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
