Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales consultant to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in sales, develop a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our dealership through effective marketing and client relationship management. The Automotive Sales consultant will play a key role in representing our brand, building customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop a comprehensive sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and follow-up

- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach activities
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, test drives,



and sales activities using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, social media or in person, utilizing robust phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and improve overall dealership performance

Experience

- Experience in sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred
- Ability to negotiate
- Familiarity with sales management tools, marketing techniques, and organizational skills are essential

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience supporting or managing a sales team is a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including dealership operations and customer service. This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to excel in automotive sales while providing outstanding service to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
