LDH Roofing is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a family-owned roofing company serving homeowners, builders, developers, and property managers throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with homeowners, comfortable generating new leads, and motivated by commission-based earnings. Roofing knowledge is an asset, but we can train the right person on our roofing systems, estimating process, and services.

Responsibilities:

- Generate residential and commercial roofing leads
- Door-to-door sales and neighbourhood canvassing around active job sites
- Speak with homeowners about roof replacements, repairs, and roofing upgrades
- Follow up with incoming leads and previous estimates Schedule roof inspections and estimates Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, property managers, and developers Follow up with customers after estimates are provided
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Represent LDH Roofing professionally while in the field
- Work with our roofing team to understand project scope and customer requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new customers
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Sales experience is preferred but not required Roofing, construction, renovation, or home-improvement sales experience is a major asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred




- Able to work independently Comfortable working in different areas throughout the Lower Mainland
- Willing to learn roofing products and roofing systems

Compensation:

This is a commission-based sales position with strong earning potential. Commission varies depending on the size and type of roofing project. Successful representatives can earn approximately $1,000–$6,000+ per closed project, depending on the contract value and commission structure.

There is no set earning cap for a motivated salesperson generating and closing their own leads.
