We're looking for one exceptional Crew Leader to lead a team in exceptional work on High End Residential Homes in Calgary.

Where This Can Take You

We've mapped out a real 36-month path:

- Months 1–12: Master our systems, lead your crew, build robust client relationships
- Months 12-24: Territory management, hiring input, process improvement
- Months 24-36: Operations management

What You'll Actually Do

Most days you'll lead a crew of 2–3 painters on residential projects, interior and exterior. That means:

- Walk jobs with clients and set clear expectations
- Coordinate materials and equipment for the crew
- Be responsible for the work schedule
- Maintain high quality standards
- Send daily updates — what's done, any issues, what's next
- Wrap jobs cleanly: walkthrough, touchups, payment collection, reviews, and referrals

You're the person clients remember. We need that person to be excellent.





What We're Looking For

- 3+ years professional painting experience
- You've led people — even informally — and they respected you for it
- Strong communicator: confident with clients, clear with your crew
- You own problems and make decisions accordingly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- References from past supervisors
