We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an RCIC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex immigration processes, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations. Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients regarding Canadian immigration pathways, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, and temporary visas.
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive immigration applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to current regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation for each client, tracking application statuses and follow-up actions diligently.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client eligibility and explain the immigration process clearly and transparently.




- Assist clients with preparing supporting documents, completing forms, and understanding legal obligations related to their applications.

Experience

- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of immigration cases with a high success rate.
- Robust knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, procedures, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with immigration software tools and case management systems is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
