At Coulson Aviation, we operate, modify, and maintain a diverse fleet of specialized aircraft supporting aerial firefighting operations worldwide. Our fleet includes C-130 Hercules, Boeing 737 FIRELINERS™, Cessna Citation 550 and 560 aircraft, CH-47D Chinooks, and Sikorsky S-61 and S-76 helicopters. As our company and aircraft fleet continue to grow, we are looking for Aircraft Structures Technicians to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structures while ensuring all work meets applicable aviation, quality, and safety standards.

We welcome applicants at different stages of their careers. An AME “S” rating is preferred; however, candidates with relevant aircraft structures education, training, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Perform sheet-metal and composite repairs using approved technical data, procedures, and industry standards.
- Read and interpret aircraft drawings, maintenance manuals, technical data, and process standards.




- Complete assigned work accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Complete worksheets, technical logs, tracking updates, and other required maintenance records accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe aircraft and work environment.
- Travel and work within Canada or internationally when operationally required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- An AME “S” rating is preferred; however, applicants with different levels of aircraft structures experience will be considered.
- Completion of an approved aircraft structures training program is preferred; relevant ICS qualifications will also be considered.
- Experience with aircraft sheet-metal fabrication, repair, and modification.
- Composite repair experience is considered an asset.
- The ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, drawings, technical data, and process standards.
- Strong mechanical ability and positive hands-on technical skills.
- A commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain complete work records.
- The ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
- A reliable, punctual, adaptable, and safety-focused approach.
- The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
