Bee Haven Childcare Centres are looking to strengthen their team by hiring quality and committed team members who possess a class 4 unrestricted drivers license and are able to drive a 13 passenger van or a 24 passenger bus. Ideal candidates will have experience also working in an out of school care program and be able to provide excellent creative programming working with children ages 5 to 11 years old. There are 6 different locations for the before & after school care programs, all in North Vancouver.

Successful applicants could be enrolled in an ECE or post secondary education program, possess a current ECE/assistant license, or have at least 20 hours of education in Child Psychology, Education, Nutrition and/or Phys ED, Child and youth care certificate or have a 20 hour responsible adult certificate (this online course can be taken after being hired, so long as it is completed within 3 months)

All applicants must have/be willing to get current First Aid/CPR.

Criminal Record check is mandatory.

The hours are flexible, and can be 7:15-9:15am and or 2:00/2:30-6:00 pm,



we can be flexible with students schedules, as in they can leave as early as 5:00 if they have classes, and we ask for a minimum of 3 days availability, but preference will be given to those candidates with 5 days morning and afternoon availability.

All positions are subject to successful probation period of 3 months, after which the staff member is eligible for perks and up to 50% reduced cost childcare.
