Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed




- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transactions
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering is highly desirable
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
