Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team. It is a fulltime 40-hours a week opportunity.

Duties

- Making deliveries to Montreal and Toronto, as well as local deliveries within Ottawa.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver products, supplies, or equipment to designated locations
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of heavy items, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment when necessary
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies during transportation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch or management regarding delivery schedules or issues
- Assist with vehicle maintenance requests or repairs as needed

Skills

- 3 years+ experience in driving,



with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling cargo or equipment
- Robust organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including trucks or vans, depending on the role requirements
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving and heavy lifting is preferred

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Experience:

- DZ Driving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DZ/AZ License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
