Field-Max is expanding our shop operations and seeking experienced, versatile tradespeople to join our fabrication team.

We are looking for individuals who consistently produce high-quality welds that meet inspection standards and who are confident in fabrication and fitting.

Minimum Requirements:

- Valid CWB FCAW certification (mandatory for shop work)
- Proven experience producing UT-quality welds
- Solid blueprint reading and fitting skills
- Experience in structural and/or heavy fabrication
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

Schedule & Hours:

- Monday to Friday – Day shift (evenings available)
- Overtime available
- Weekend work as required

This is an opportunity to secure steady shop work with strong overtime potential in a quality-driven fabrication environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
