Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation to create positive dining experiences

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
