We are seeking a highly motivated CNC Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines, ensuring accurate bending according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications
- Program CNC press brakes using specialized software to achieve exact angles and dimensions for each project
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other hand tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Perform preventive maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation
- Proficiency in CNC programming, including familiarity with CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe operations, and CNC laser systems. Training will be provided.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of press brake machinery and related manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise fabrication work
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as calipers, measuring tapes,



wrenches, and screwdrivers for quality inspection and adjustments
- Knowledge of crane operation and forklift handling for material movement around the shop floor
- Moderate math skills required for calculating measurements, angles, tolerances, and material quantities effectively

We are seeking a highly focused Trumpf Press Brake Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced and demanding fabrication environment handling a mix of short and high-volume production. In this role, your primary responsibility is to maximize machine efficiency by keeping your assigned press brake continuously running and minimizing unnecessary downtime. You will handle complete machine setups with full training provided, load materials using a forklift, use calipers and hand tools to verify part quality, and handle basic programming on Trumpf controllers. This position requires strong English communication skills and solid math skills. We expect disciplined operators who stay dedicated to their workstation, avoid distractions, and ensure that machine operation remains uninterrupted throughout the shift.

Pay: $19.28-$30.79 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
