Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a growing insurance company on the search for their next Customer Service Representative. Located out of the Thompson office, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join one of Manitoba’s top employers.
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position.

Responsibilities
- Greet in-person clients and direct inquiries
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions related to their insurance coverage
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Communicate with other team members and act as a liaison between departments
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up as needed
Qualifications
- Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is preferred
- Previous experience in an office or customer-service related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Self-directed, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
