Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recent hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing workplace.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials
- Transport products and materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity targets

Requirements





- Minimum 2–3 years of counterbalance forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification is preferred/required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
