Position: Senior Flooring Finisher / Crew Lead

Location: Toronto & GTA / Southern Ontario
Pay: Starting at $30/hr

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flooring Finisher / Crew Lead with strong hands-on experience in epoxy/resin flooring, floor leveling, and concrete polishing. This is a skilled position for someone who can take responsibility for a job from preparation through final cleanup and can lead a small crew when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform epoxy/resin flooring installations, including surface preparation, repairs, priming, mixing, flake systems, broadcast systems, and topcoats.
- Complete floor leveling, including grinding, patching, priming, mixing, pouring, and finishing self-leveling materials.
- Perform concrete polishing, including grinding, edging, repairs, densifying, polishing, sealing, and finishing.
- Operate grinders, hand grinders, industrial vacuums/dust extractors, mixers, and other flooring equipment safely.
- Read and follow project specifications and product instructions.
- Plan work sequence and organize daily site activities.
- Assign tasks and provide direction to crew members.
- Check site readiness, quality, productivity, and job progress.
- Identify and communicate site or material issues promptly.




- Complete final quality checks, cleanup, and proper storage of tools/materials.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment when required.

Requirements

- Solid practical experience in epoxy/resin flooring and floor leveling.
- Concrete polishing experience.
- Previous crew lead, foreman, or job-site leadership experience is an asset.
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfortable travelling to changing jobsites throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.
- Must have appropriate PPE, including safety footwear, hard hat, gloves, knee pads, and suitable respiratory protection.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, clean, and safety-focused.
- This is NOT an entry-level position.
