We’re looking for a motivated, qualified, and results-driven OMVIC Licensed Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and walk-in inquiries.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an outstanding buying experience.
- Learn and follow the MG Fine Motors sales process
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Utilize our AI-powered CRM to manage customer interactions, tasks, and follow-up activities.
- Generate referrals and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using dealership software.
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing,



and dealership promotions.

Qualifications

- Valid OMVIC Salesperson Licence (required).
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must be highly proficient with computers and comfortable learning new technology.
- Ability to quickly learn and consistently follow dealership systems and processes.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
