Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Responsibilities - Dual Hotel

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment.
- Oversee facilities maintenance projects, coordinating with external contractors when necessary to complete repairs or upgrades.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and document completed repairs.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment and structural components.




- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose problems accurately.
- Lead maintenance team members by supervising daily activities, providing guidance on safety procedures, and ensuring high standards of customer service for internal stakeholders.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of wiring, circuit boards, and PLC systems.
- Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs involving complex machinery.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping.
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams confidently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team coordination and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
