WATB Construction Inc. is a Vaughan-based concrete forming, structural concrete, and excavation contractor working on commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal projects across Ontario.

What You'll Be Doing

- Forming footings, walls, columns, piers, slabs, and grade beams
- Layout from drawings, including dimensions, elevations, and rebar details
- Setting and stripping wall form systems such as PERI or similar systems
- Bracing, waling, plumbing, and aligning wall forms
- Installing embeds, anchor bolts, keyways, and blockouts
- Assisting with rebar placement, concrete pours, vibrating, and finishing as required
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of concrete forming experience
- Ability to read structural drawings and work from layout
- Experience with engineered wall form systems is an asset
- PERI experience is a strong asset
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain
- Own basic hand tools, PPE, and steel-toe boots




- Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
