Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Shift: 4 shift rotation – Days, Afternoons, Nights and Weekend Shift (rotates every 2 weeks)

Pay: $43 per hour + Shift Premiums

Location: Less than1hour north of London, Ontario

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team. This hands-on opportunity is ideal for a skilled electrician with strong industrial troubleshooting and automation experience who enjoys keeping equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What You’ll Do

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, control, and automation issues.
- Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and technical drawings.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Support equipment installations, commissioning, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance and repairs as required.
- Complete maintenance work orders, service records, and inspection documentation.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

What You Bring

- Valid Ontario 442A Industrial Electrician – Red Seal certification.
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing.




- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, sensors, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs is an asset.
- Experience working with industrial equipment and facility electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with general maintenance activities.
- Experience with welding or fabrication is an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a maintenance team.
- Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems is an asset.
- Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of industrial environments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, equipment reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
