Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC/AXYZ cutting machines.
- Load and secure materials onto the machine.
- Set machine controls, measurements, and cutting parameters.
- Follow cutting programs and production instructions.
- Monitor the machine during operation and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues.
- Remove, organize, and stack finished materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous CNC machine operating experience is required.
- AXYZ machine experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cutting wood, plastic, foam, aluminum, or composite materials is an asset.




- Ability to read and follow work instructions and measurements.
- Basic computer and machine-control skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Positive mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle materials.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and punctual.

Shift & Schedule

Continental Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday

- $21.00–$23.00/hour depending on CNC experience
- $23.00–$25.00/hour with AXYZ machine experience
