THE WORK

Deep cleans, move-in and move-out, post-construction and post-renovation,

and recurring residential clients. Homes, condos and townhouses from

downtown Toronto out to Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Markham and

Mississauga. Most jobs run three to six hours. Larger homes are two-person

crews.

WHAT A WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Demand is concentrated Monday through Thursday, with most jobs starting at

10am. If you can be on site by 10am on a Tuesday and Wednesday, we can keep

you working consistently.

WHO DOES WELL HERE

You confirm a job the same day it is sent, not the night before. You arrive

ten minutes early, every time. You tell us the moment something changes

instead of letting us find out from the client.

You take feedback without ego. Every positive cleaner we place has had a job

come back at some point. You notice the things nobody checks: baseboards,

window tracks, behind the toilet, the top shelf of a closet.

You are comfortable sending photos of your finished work. It is how we pay

and how we protect you if a client ever disputes something.

WHAT GETS YOU THE BETTER PAYING WORK





Your own vehicle and your own equipment. The highest value jobs are

post-construction and move-out work in the outer GTA, and those need someone

who can get there with a vacuum, a step stool and a full kit. If you have a

HEPA vacuum and you are comfortable with ladder and at-height work, say so

on the application.

PAY

$25 to $30 per hour depending on vehicle and equipment. Paid the next day.

You are paid by us, not by the homeowner. We supply the kit on trial jobs.
