Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure correct food preparation and timely service
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience




- Assist with food preparation and setup when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices in the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for supporting overall restaurant operations

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
