Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the front counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders accurately using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems; process transactions efficiently and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and following sanitation standards
- Maintain food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Keep the front counter area clean, organized,



and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth operations

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with serving in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred
