Job Title: Access Management Analyst #1019029

Location: Dieppe, NB (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Preferred / Ideal Candidate Background

· MS Office – Excel (VLOOKUPs would be great), Word.

· PowerApps experience.

· Strong communication skills, particularly communicating with internal colleagues.

· Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Summary of the Role

The contractor will be responsible for the provisioning and de-provisioning of access to various finance applications.

Once training is completed, the contractor will also be responsible for troubleshooting access issues.

Key Responsibilities

· Provision access to various finance applications.

· De-provision access to various finance applications.

· Troubleshoot access issues after completing the required training.

· Use MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.

· Use PowerApps as part of the role.

· Communicate effectively with internal colleagues.

· Learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Must-Have Hard Skills

1. MS Office experience – Excel and Word.

2. Solid communication skills.

3. Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

4.



PowerApps experience – experience using and running PowerApps, not building them.

Nice-to-Have

1. Access provisioning experience.
