Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator (Pediatric Practice)

We are a warm, patient-centered pediatric dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in the Toronto Beaches area/Scarborough.

About the Role
This is a hybrid leadership and clinical coordination role. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day flow of the practice while helping families understand and move forward confidently with treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support front desk and administrative team members
- Coordinate and present treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence
- Improve case acceptance through excellent communication and follow-up
- Oversee scheduling flow to optimize productivity and patient experience
- Support systems for new patient intake and referral tracking




- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
- Manage financials and Accounts Receivable

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience
- Strong background in treatment coordination (pediatric experience is an asset)
- Exceptional communication skills—warm, articulate, and professional
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Natural leadership ability with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Pay: $28.00-$36.57 per hour
