Key Responsibilities

- Perform epoxy/resin flooring, primers, flake & sand-broadcast systems, and topcoats.
- Prepare, repair, grind, prime, pour, and finish self-levelling floors.
- Perform concrete grinding, polishing, densifying, sealing and burnishing.
- Safely operate grinders, hand grinders, vacuums, mixers and related equipment.
- Lead small crews/helpers and assign daily tasks.
- Plan work, monitor quality and keep projects on schedule.
- Identify and report site issues, material shortages and scope changes.
- Maintain clean jobsites and organize tools/equipment at project completion.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on flooring experience preferred.
- Strong experience with epoxy/resin flooring.
- Robust self-levelling / floor levelling experience.




- Concrete polishing experience.
- Crew Lead / Foreman experience is an asset.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to travel to changing GTA / Southern Ontario jobsites.
- Own basic PPE, including safety footwear, hard hat, knee pads, gloves and suitable respiratory protection.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Driving Licence (required)
