Job Description

Logistics Coordinator role is to support ocean/air service team, warehousing team, and project cargo team on handling imports and exports. This position is also responsible for assisting any necessary procedures that can lead to smooth process of importation and exportation.

Duties/ Responsibilities of the Position

· Communicate with customers, agents, and all other related parties via phone, email and fax.





· Utilize OPUS program to handle shipping documents

· Assist to unload and receive incoming shipments

· Assist to load and ship out outgoing shipments

· Assist on quotation and pricing as per requests

· Answer customers and suppliers’ inquiries

· Track shipments and send reports to customers

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in business/transportation/logistics/international trade (preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· Excellent time-management skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Korean

· Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
