Attridge Coach Lines is seeking Full Time Motorcoach Operator/Bus Drivers for our Lakefield, ON location. Our uniformed operators are fully certified, each holding an Ontario Classified Driver's Licence, with a passenger and air brake endorsement. The licencing process requires that each driver meet a standard set by the Ministry of Transportation, including a defensive Driving Program, a strict medical and a comprehensive written and driving test.

We are currently looking to fill driver positions with passionate and experienced individuals.

Qualifications

- Ontario Drivers B class license with a Z (air brake) endorsement
- A customer service oriented approach and a positive attitude
- Eligible to work and drive commercial vehicles in Canada and the US
- Comfortable with email and have the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Must be available for all shifts as scheduled
- Shifts may include working nights, weekends and statutory holidays
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to receive, send, process and print emails.
- Own a cellular telephone capable of conducting call in Canada and the US
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, minimally supervised, flexible and changing workplace
- Possess a valid passport

Duties are as follows but are not limited to:

- Drive specified routes to specified destinations according to the charter order
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection at commencement and termination of day
- Fuel and maintain cleanliness of the coach
- Complete DVIR reports daily
- Inspect coach/fill out all required reports and paperwork
- Review, understand and comply with corporate policies and procedures
- Comply with all applicable legislative requirements.
- Comply with traffic rules and regulations
- Assist passengers and provide a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence and discretion
- Represent Attridge Coach Lines in a positive, professional manner at all times

Pay: $28.50-$32.50 per hour
