We're looking for someone exceptional to join our Guest Relations team.

This is a front-desk position, but it is not "just reception."

At Sparkle, Guest Relations is the first impression, the last impression, and the person helping everything in between feel organized, welcoming and easy for our guests.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, notices the details, follows through and takes ownership.

You may be a great fit if you are the person who:

- Notices a guest walking through the door and acknowledges them right away.
- Remembers names, conversations and little details that make people feel cared for.

- Is comfortable asking for the booking or helping a guest reserve their next appointment.

What you'll do

- Welcome and check in guests.
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails and online inquiries.
- Help guests understand the correct next step and book them appropriately.
- Manage appointments accurately in Zenoti.
- Support consultations, rebooking and provider-recommended next steps.
- Complete checkout and process payments accurately.
- Help protect the schedule by responding to cancellations and open appointment times.
- Follow up with guests when action is required.
- Keep guest information and internal communication accurately documented.
- Help maintain a calm, polished and welcoming reception area.
- Recognize when something needs to be escalated and make sure the right person receives it.
- Work closely with the clinical,



operations and marketing teams.

What this role is not

We don't expect Guest Relations to diagnose conditions or make clinical treatment decisions. You don't need to know every answer. We do expect you to care enough to find the correct answer, involve the appropriate person and close the loop.

You do not need to be a medical aesthetics expert

We can teach treatments, products, Zenoti and Sparkle's processes. It is much harder to teach someone to care, notice, take ownership and follow through. That is what we're hiring for.

What success looks like

Our guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Appointments are booked correctly. Messages do not disappear. Follow-ups happen. The schedule is protected. Providers feel supported. Problems are identified early. The front desk feels calm and organized, even on a busy day. Guests leave knowing exactly what happens next.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
