We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and take on full-time superintendent duties at our upscale apartment building located in southwest Oakville. This will be a live-in position (a one or two bedroom apartment will be provided). In this role, you will work under the direction of the Property Manager to oversee and implement the administrative operations (e.g. leasing functions and routine administrative tasks) and maintenance operations (e.g. general housekeeping/cleaning services, minor plumbing and electrical repairs) at the building.
We are looking for reliable and qualified individuals with excellent client service skills.
Previous experience in a similar position is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 per year
