We are seeking an attic insulation helper to join our team. Experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person. Opportunities to advance within the company to Lead installer or other divisions within the company exist.
Duties:
· Loading insulation into the hopper
· Helping crew lead install chute vents and insulation blow stops in the attic perimeter
· Misc batt and poly repairs in existing homes
· Extraction of existing insulation from attics
· Keeping a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
· Reliable and dependable, the workday starts at 7am
· Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
· Comfortable in confined spaces (in the attics)
· Good work attitude and willingness to learn and be proactive
· Able to get to and from our office each day, BC Drivers license considered an asset but not required
· Experience around construction an asset but not required

This is a full time/permanent position however hours can vary week to week depending on workflow. Expect to work 30-45 hrs per week, overtime paid after 8hrs. Willingness to work in other departments within the company an asset but not required.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
