Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Counter Server to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a positive experience for every guest, whether they’re ordering at the counter or through our POS (Point of Sale) system. This position offers an exciting chance to develop your skills in food preparation, customer interaction, and food safety within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards and safety guidelines




- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including food handling and sanitation protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and reduce wait times
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations and ensuring quality standards are met

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
