Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Coordinator to join our team at Pilot Petroleum in Merritt. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel and lubricant business and maintaining high standards of customer service. Join us to drive growth and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position reports directly to the President.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.

- Works as a team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.




- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
- Represent the company professionally within the community.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or fuel industry management.
- Strong computer skills, including the complete Microsoft Platform.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to safety standards.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
