Home Every Night
All of our driving is within approximately a 3-hour radius of our operations. No long-haul lifestyle and no sleeping in the truck.

Flexible Work Schedule
We understand that everyone's schedule is different. We are willing to work with you on the schedule that makes sense for you—including another job, farming, family commitments, or simply working as much as possible during the busy season.

Lots of Hours Available
Our busy season is approximately eight months of the year, and there is plenty of opportunity for drivers who want to put in the hours.

Farm-Plated Equipment

Our trucks operate as farm-plated vehicles, and our operation follows the rules and requirements that apply. This is an important part of our operation and provides our drivers with a different work environment than traditional commercial trucking, while keeping our focus on safe and responsible operation.

We Can Train You

You don't need years of Super B experience to join our team. Our insurance program allows us to hire Class 1 drivers with varying levels of experience and train them on our equipment.

We provide the training needed to safely operate our trucks, trailers, loaders and forklifts. For drivers who need additional experience, we'll provide the required supervised ride-along training before they operate independently.

EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT
You won't be stuck doing the same run every day.



Depending on the day's work, you could be:

- Delivering sod directly to customers
- Delivering aggregate and bulk products
- Hauling products between our Red Deer, Edmonton and Calgary facilities
- Delivering trees and other products
- Operating loaders and forklifts

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class 1 driver's licence
- Super B experience is an asset, but training is available
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Professional attitude and positive customer service
- Ability to complete daily pre-trips and required paperwork
- Ability to use Google Maps/iPhone navigation and delivery applications
- Ability to safely secure loads
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate forklifts and loaders
- Ability to perform occasional physical work associated with deliveries
- Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
