We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and overall accounting functions for our Canadian operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping and accounting using accounting software ( QBO)
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting in budgeting and financial analysis
- Supporting audit and tax documentation
- Reviewing invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Assisting in HST/GST filings and Canadian compliance
- Maintaining proper financial documentation
- Provide procurement oversight, approving expenditures and reviewing vendor agreements
- Maintain and optimize financial systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite), ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation,



and system enhancement
- Collaborate cross-functionally, providing guidance to internal teams and acting as the go-to accounting resource
- Contribute to strategic projects as directed by the Director, including ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

- CA Experienced- 7+Years
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good command over MS Excel
- Knowledge of financial statements and reconciliations
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to interact confidently with international clients and management

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
