Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager who is a collaborative leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on marketing professional. This individual will lead a team of marketing specialists, drive brand and community marketing initiatives, oversee product launches, and help support the continued growth of the organization while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support residential homebuilding and rental community initiatives.
- Manage brand awareness, digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
- Oversee community and product launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive marketing initiatives, events, and business growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven success developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to inspire collaboration, provide direction, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, and creative design tools to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
