Parts Advisor – Lexus of Edmonton
Lexus of Edmonton is looking for a motivated and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our busy and fast-paced Parts Department. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new parts and processes
- Support inventory control, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Parts Technician or dealership experience is considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tire and wheel knowledge is an asset
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on recent challenges
- Passion for the automotive industry
Lexus of Edmonton is closed on all holidays and Sundays.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $47,850+ annually (based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person
- Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 9:30-6:30pm, Friday 8:30-5:30pm & Saturday 8:00- 5:00pm. Off Sunday & Monday.
Preferred Experience
- Microsoft Outlook: 1 year
- Automotive / Vehicle Knowledge: Asset
- General computer and office software experience: 1 year
